Welcome to DaytonaSpin . These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, esports betting, crash games, jackpots, promotions and any related services. By creating an account, depositing funds or otherwise using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. General Provisions

1.1 By accessing or using the Daytona Spin website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, individual bonus terms and the rules of each game or betting market.

1.2 Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the specific conditions attached to a promotion, bonus or campaign, the specific conditions shall prevail.

1.3 These Terms are published in English, which is the authoritative version. Any translations are provided solely for convenience and carry no legal weight in the event of a discrepancy.

1.4 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date stated in the updated document. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.5 Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "the Company" refer to the operator of the Daytona Spin platform, while "you", "your", "player" and "customer" refer to any individual who accepts these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

2.1 You may only use our services if you are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2.2 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your country or region. By using Daytona Spin, you represent that your participation does not violate any applicable law.

2.3 The platform operates under a Costa Rica data-processing registration and does not hold a licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission. Players should be aware of the regulatory implications before participating.

2.4 Residents of certain restricted territories – including but not limited to the United States, France, Spain and other excluded jurisdictions – may not register or deposit. A full list of restricted jurisdictions is published on the website and may be updated without prior notice.

3. Your Account

3.1 To access the full range of features on Daytona Spin, you must open a personal account.

3.2 Your account must be registered in your real name. Only one account per person, household or residential address, telephone number, email address and IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed without compensation, and any associated winnings will be voided.

3.3 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where valid credentials were used.

3.4 Selling, transferring or acquiring player accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.5 You must keep your personal details up to date and notify us promptly of any changes.

3.6 You may request account closure at any time by contacting email, provided there is no outstanding balance or pending withdrawal.

3.7 Self-exclusion: you may email email to close your account under our responsible-gambling procedures. It is your responsibility to inform us of any additional accounts you may hold with us and to refrain from opening new ones.

3.8 We reserve the right to refuse the opening of any account or to close an existing account at our discretion, without prior notice or explanation.

4. Player Representations

By opening an account, you represent and warrant that:

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 The minimum deposit is £10. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by us and may vary depending on payment method and your account status.

5.2 Withdrawals are processed, where possible, via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Estimated processing times: 0–24 hours for e-wallets and cryptocurrency; up to 3 business days for card and bank-transfer withdrawals after KYC completion.

5.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. We may request any of the following:

5.5 Dormant accounts: if you do not log in for 180 consecutive days, your account will be deemed inactive. From that point, we may charge a monthly administration fee of £5 until the balance reaches zero.

5.6 Refunds: deposited funds are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances – such as a verified technical error – you may contact customer support within 24 hours. We will respond within 10 business days.

5.7 Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds. In the event of insolvency, your funds will be protected and returned to you.

5.8 Transferring funds between player accounts is strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 All bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes. Any abuse of bonus offers will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

6.2 Wagering requirements attached to casino bonuses must be completed within 10 days of activation. Failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed.

6.3 Real-money funds in your account are wagered first; bonus funds are used only once the real-money balance is exhausted.

6.4 The maximum stake per round while an active wagering requirement is in place is £100. Placing higher stakes before completing the requirement may be treated as bonus abuse.

6.5 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement may be cashed out.

6.6 No-deposit free spins carry a maximum cashout of £80 and a wagering requirement of 40× on any winnings generated.

6.7 The following strategies are considered abuse and are strictly prohibited: low-risk roulette coverage (more than 24 of 37 numbers), hedging across outcomes, two-tier betting, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and deliberate stalling of bonus rounds.

6.8 We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and associated winnings where bonus abuse is suspected.

7. Placing Bets and Gambling

7.1 It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming a wager. Once placed, a bet cannot be cancelled.

7.2 Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent third-party providers. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the game-server data, the server record shall prevail.

7.3 We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your gambling activity.

7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or its outcome, our decision is final and binding.

8. Fraud, Illegal Activity and Misuse

12.1 All content on the Daytona Spin website – including logos, software, graphics, text, design elements and game mechanics – is the property of the operator or the respective game providers and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

12.2 You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the website for entertainment purposes. Any other use without written permission is prohibited.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
